Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear, fair rules for cancellations and refunds on our one-time projects and monthly plans.

We want every client to be happy with our work. This policy explains when you can cancel and what refund you'll receive.
1. One-time projects

| After work has started but before the first design/draft is delivered | 50% refund |
| After the first design/draft has been delivered | Refund for any phases not yet started, calculated pro-rata |
| After final delivery and your approval | No refund |
2. Monthly plans
- You can cancel a monthly plan at any time by emailing info@afzhmit.site or replying to any invoice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your first monthly payment, you'll receive a full refund of that first payment.
- Later monthly payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started, but you keep access to the service until the period ends.
3. Our satisfaction promise
If a deliverable does not match the scope agreed in your package, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will revise it at no extra cost. If we cannot fix it, we will issue a fair partial or full refund for that deliverable.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party costs paid on your behalf with your approval (such as domain names, premium themes, plugins, stock images or advertising spend) are non-refundable once purchased.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@afzhmit.site with your name, order date and reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take additional time to show the credit.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We are committed to resolving any billing issue quickly and fairly.
