Last updated: October 18, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the purchase of services from AFZHMIT LLC ("AFZHMIT", "we", "us" or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
AFZHMIT provides website design and development, e-commerce store setup, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, branding and website maintenance services. The scope, deliverables and timeline of each package are described on our pricing section and confirmed with you in writing before work begins.
2. Orders and quotes
An order is confirmed once you accept a package or written quote and payment is received. Custom work outside a listed package will be quoted separately and requires your approval before it is started.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes, which will be shown before payment.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We do not store your full card details.
- One-time projects are billed in full at the time of order unless a payment schedule is agreed in writing.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis on the same date each month until cancelled.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback, logins and approvals needed to complete the work in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may extend delivery timelines as explained in our Service Delivery Policy.
5. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in its description. Additional revisions or changes in scope may be billed at our standard hourly rate of $60 per hour, with your prior approval.
6. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you (such as your website design and content we write for you). Third-party items such as stock images, fonts, plugins or themes remain subject to their own licenses. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
We do not build websites or run campaigns for illegal products or services, adult content, gambling, weapons, counterfeit goods, or any business prohibited by our payment processor. We may decline or end any engagement that violates this rule, with a pro-rated refund for work not performed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFZHMIT's total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or sales results.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Kentucky.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
